i m 27y. married. 1.5 year. i m facing precum during foreplay before intercourse. i got testicles pain if i f we dont make intercourse. is this safe? or i need treatment?

Hi ,

PreCum is not normal. Definitely you need treatment.
And for the testicular pain , you must get examined your testicles by a urologist and also get an ultrasound of scrotum as initial step.
