Talk to Urologist on Premature Ejaculation And Night Falls

I have problem of premature ejaculation which is getting worst day by day. when i was 20 year old I don't have this problem my stamina was good then night falls started happening every night and I was misguided and went to some herbalist or Hakeem's to treat this problem after using those medicines now I have problem of premature ejaculation and night falls both. I am afraid of doing sex because from 7 minutes to now I can do less than one minute. yesterday i saw a vedio of Dr samra amin on marham fb page which give me hope that I can recover but right now I am in Abu Dhabi. should I get opointment with her and can I purchase medicine from uae because this problem is killing me inside. my diet is good and I do proper exercise but nothing helps
