Talk to Urologist on Premature Ejaculation, Qatray And One Testicle Smaller

Assalamualaikum Doctor. I am 25 years old male. No pain at all.

1. One testicle became smaller about 7 years ago. Before it was normal size. It happened after I took some medicine / vaccine. No pain.

2. Penis size also feels slightly smaller than

before.

3. Qatray issue: drops come after urine / wazu.

4. Timing is less than 1 minute.
