Talk to Urologist on Prostate Problem
Asking for Self, Male, 65 years old, Hyderabad
My prostate size is around 32 but I have no problem except weak streem in urine. No frequent urination or pain. Do I need medication. My PSA less than 1. Please advise.

firstly you need to calculate the IPSS score which you can download performa from online and calculate your self after giving ansers to questions. If its less than 8 and not impacting your quality of life than you typically don\'t need medicine. please mention post void residual volume too because its also significant in managing this condition
