Aoa I am facing problem of pus cells in my sperms whereas my ultrasound is clear no issue found in ultrasound used antibiotics anoxibid and novidat but didn’t help after than dr recommend culture test but no growth of bacteria seen after 48 hours of incubation but I’m worried if there is no bacteria seen nor I have any issue in ultrasound than why pus is coming in my ejaculation last time it was 12-14%

No sir nothing no pain at anywhere in urinary tract urine bhi sahi flow se ata ha jalan bhi kahe nahi hA that’s why I’m confused neither any symptoms nor any infection shown in culture what should I do plz help
