Married since 2 years, No baby. My semen analysis history for past 1.5year, all test performs after 6month gap. My wife has TSH sometime lower or some time high. My question where we are getting problem? My penis size in erectile size is 4.5inches.
Test 1 ( 1.5year old) Total Count 80 million Progressive Motile 40% Pus cell: 10-12 Normal shape: 70% Other parameter normal range like volume, ph, etc.
Test 2 ( 6month old) Total Count 150 million Progressive Motile 30% Pus cell: 3-5 Normal shape: 70% Other parameter normal range like volume, ph, etc.
Test 3 ( last month ) Total Count 95 million Progressive Motile 65% Pus cell: 35-40 Normal shape: 95% Other parameter normal range like volume, ph, etc.

It seems you have infected semen. Kindly visit nearest urologist for detailed examination and further exam

Could you please explain to me what kind of infection i have ? My Urologist told me that puss cell is an infection and he give levofloxacin 750mg for 10days last month but after that i didn't repeat my test. Whats your suggestion do i go for another semen test ?
