Talk to Urologist on Semen

Asking for Self, Male, 21 years old, Islamabad

Some times after urine I get semen drops and these days I have hard cough and getting seminal drops most if time. Also, when I have wrong thoughts semen discharge is so quick. What's the actual problem us with me?
