My problem is that that after urination i feel pressure in my bladder and when i push, semen comes out from my penis is flaccid and no sexual arousal. Secondly afterwards there is pain in testicles and lower area for 2-5 mins.
Please get a Urine RE done and do visit the clinic for a detailed check up to rule out any additional diseases after physical exam

It looks like you have acute prostatitis. It needs a flexible cystoscopy plus antibiotics. Get your PSA done and visit a urologist.

Thanks for your comments. I had Urine C/E yesterday from SKMH and report is ok.
What could be the other reason. One thing i need to add, that i rarely get Nightfall/Wet dream.
