Salam,
I am a 33 Years old male married 2 years ago, my wife conceived within 1 month of marriage and we had 2 baby boys (identical twins) born in 6 Month and 29 Days and they sustained 3 days and by Allah's will we lost them, ever since we are trying to conceive with no success. After multiple checkups with Genealogist there was no success and then i go for Semen Analysis as prescribed by doctor but after it was done no satisfactory answer was given to me. Me and my wife both are tensed as Genealogists are suggesting injections to improve egg quality while fertility specialist are saying your wife is OK and no injections required. We both are in a phase that we could not understand what is happening to us.

W Salam, no medical condition only obesity may be the issue as i weigh above 100Kg other than that no medical condition.

the main reason to post all details here is to understand if i have any kind of issues with sperms i consulted one urologist in Karachi he was giving me multi vitamins
