Talk to Urologist on Semen Analysis

I get married befor le 3 years but untill unfortunately i don’t have any baby.... and the main problem is i am living in Saudi Arabia and once-a year visit Pakistan..... Last time when i come i go for semen analysis test. And the tell me quantity is 80% but alive only 10 %
