Plz find attached semen Analysis and Ultrasound report.. As far as semen report is concerned, seems ok (if there is anything need to worry/ required by my side, kindly guide).. Wouldn't it effect process of conceiving?
wife hasn't been conceived yet(It's been 9 months since married), Dr recommended Prolactin test(got higher > 40) So for that she is taking Brotin 2.5mg tab(BD) for prolactin level reduction, also taking folic acid(5mg) OD.. What other things from diet would you recommend to increase the chance of getting conceived?
Regarding Ultrasound report, shall I go for Surgery to erradicate inguinal hernia/Epidydymis cyst? Plz refer me Dr in Karachi to get this surgical treatment done, appointment, Hospital, time?

continue treatment of ur wife bcz high prolactin level inhibits ovulation.. so treatment is necessary
regarding inguinal hernia consult general surgeon for surgery bcz defect size is small so it can convert to irreducible hernia
