Count is adequate, motility too but your sperms are not moving strait rather they are moving in haphazard fashion. Yes multivitamin and few medicine can improve that theoretically.

IVF is basically assisted fertilisation and its a bit costly but helpful. Many centres are doingbthat in PAKISTAN
