Rapid linear progress is too low but yes there are always chances to conceive, i would rather suggest going for IVF than wasting time and money.

Count is adequate, motility too but your sperms are not moving strait rather they are moving in haphazard fashion. Yes multivitamin and few medicine can improve that theoretically.
