There is motility problem in the sperms. major cause is varicocele, examination by a urologist and some tests are needed to rule out and then further treatment according to the evaluation

You have oligoasthenospermia, which means you have a low number of sperms and also the sperms are not very active. You need to have a scrotal Ultrasound to know whether you have a Varicocele. And also start using Y-TIG MI Sachet in a glass of water twice a day for 3 months and then repeat the semen analysis to see if there is any improvement.
