HI,
the report looks absolutely normal to me , motility is lower limit of normal, but most important factor to impact on this is time lag between collection of sample and analysis.ideally it should be done within an hour of ejaculation.so it is advisable to collect sample in lab rather at home .i would not like you to stress about this repeat sample and collect sample in lab.
