Talk to Urologist on Serum PSA Test
Asking For Father, Male 80, lahore
My father is 80 years old, he was diagnosed with an enlarged prostate two years back, he had an Ultrasound last week in which the serum PSA test was suggested (report attached). I have read on internet that in this age PSA test is not recommended due to over diagnosis/false diagnosis. please guide, what to do further, whether go for test or not.

why did you go for a kidney bladder ultrasound ? due to new onset of urinary symptoms or aggravation of old symptoms?
