I have lost sexual fantasy pleasure and orgasm. Took antidepressant like paroxetene 20mg. Deprel 50 mg . Busron 5mg with other supportive supplements for 3years no significant improvement. After that doctor switched to Butrin xl 150 mg to 300 mg O.D Only increase desire not feeling pleasure. Is there treatment available for anorgasmia in Pakistan on not?
