Asking for Self, Male, 32 years old, Outside Pakistan
Hello, I am male 32 years old status single, never had any physical relationship. Facing issue regarding extreme premature ejaculation and maintaining erection for last 3 4 years. Due this issue I am not pursuing for marriage and now its getting on my nerves plus causing anxiety effecting my personal and professional life. Have visited multiple doctors and perform multiple test.
