Talk to Urologist on Sexual Problem

Due to bad habits in my childhood, excessive mast.....ion sexual power has reduced significantly, semen has become dilute. Pain on genital... Semen is in leaking mode. Please guide me im in tragic condition. I cannot face anyone regrading this matter. Im helpless please help me.
