Talk to Urologist on Spermatorrhoea

i have been patient of spermatorrhoea for around 8 years. Semen density has become very low and it is as gushed out every time...Not a single day pass without this. This has caused my muscles and genital very weak. Please suggest me something that should get me out of it.
