Talk to Urologist on Sperms In Urine

Asking for Self, Male, 26 years old, Faisalabad

I have been facing this problem from a long duration, that sperms comes with urine & now i'm having deficiency in my body. My bones do cracklings sound alot. What should i do, or suggest me a doctor for examination in Faisalabad
