Aslamualikum i was a porn and masturbation addict from past 8 years but i have left it from 2023 completely by a nofap challenge but relapsed again in 2024 june then started again in october 2024 and still i am in it from 6 months problems that i am facing are severe that i am unable to sleep have tremors all over the body , stress and depression, stomach issues, unable to stay happy, urine problem, unfocused on work. I live in multan. Please help me!!!
