Hello Doctors, I had severe right testicular pain in November 2022, I went to the hospital and after they did ultrasound, they found a big hydrocele, but the pain was too much and I even vommited. I was admited and put under strong Antibiotics. After that I was discharged when the swelling reduced.
Around February of 2023, I noticed that my right testicle was becoming small. My left testicle also started paining a little. I went back to the hospital again, they did Ultrasound and said everything was OK.
No varicocelle, no torsion, blood flow normal, no lumps, etc. I only took some pain killers.
In May 2024, the left testicle started paining, I went to the hospital and again they said there was no problem only mild hydrocele.
I visited another Urologist who reccomended for Orchidopexy which was done in July 2024.
After that, I noticed changes in my body, Low sex drive, Low ejaculation volume, not enjoying sex, low motivation, discomfort in penis.
I went back to the do

No. No history of retractile testis.
The only history I have was Severe testicle pain which was treated as hydrocele after checking ultrasound imaging.
When the right testicle was paining, I even vomited.
