Talk to Urologist on Testicle Pain

Assalam Alaikum! I've had verocele Grade 3 on the left side, and i got surgery in 2024. But in the last year, i got pain in the right testicle. I did an ultrasound, but nothing was in it. Now i have pain on and off, and i am extremely worried about this. I dont feel any kind of sickness and vomiting, but pain and the right side testicle feel heavy and swelled sometimes. Thanks
