As you are aware of the nature of your problem. As I can see that one of your testes was brought down to scrotum. What about other testis?? Did they remove it at the time of operation?
Anyway, your testis is not well developed and does not produce enough hormone as well the good quality sperms as per hand written report. You did not write the sperm count, but even if you have some sperms in your semen they will not serve their purpose.
I can see that your Testosterone is quite low which needs replacement. It will prevent rapid deterioration of your bone health.
