Talk to Urologist on Urethra/Glans

Male – Previous Urethral Injury, Fistula/Second Urinary Opening and Glans/Erection Problem Hello. I am seeking advice from an experienced urologist, preferably a reconstructive urologist. I previously suffered an injury to my urethra, which resulted in a second urinary opening/urethrocutaneous fistula. Since the injury, I have also experienced problems involving the glans. During erection, the glans does not become firm in the same way as the shaft, and this has affected my ability to have satisfactory intercourse.
