Talk to Urologist on Urethral Stricture

Sir I have undergone two sessions of urethrotomy for pinhole urethral strictures.Last urethromtomy session was done 1.3 years ago.Now i 'm feeling burning in urethra and again a weak urinary stream.I researched that urethroplasty is the only permanent solution for this type of problems.I need your recomendationa and any good surgeon who have perfromed this surgery in pakistan.
