plz upload this as anonymus patient hi i am 22 years old male i feel a lot of burning sensation in the root and sometimes at the tip and often there is icthing sensation inside my penis in the middle and root of penis and feel urge to urinate and feel relaxed while itching is there while urination the flow of urinate is also not smooth apart from this there are small vesicles or rashes on the tip on the glans penis also it is slightly damaged from the tip area a dent has formed near the urethral opening plz diagnose moreover i feel alot of burning at the tpi of urethra during and just after urination that gradually goes away,,and after urination few mints after a fliud dischages few drops some time with reddish to brown appearence as if it were blood,,

dear doctor ,once i had gone to a doctor ,he asked me a urine test and a blood test ,dont know what test were they,,but he asked me that this disease of mine is actually an STDs..he gave me medications for a week,i took taht medicines but did not get well,after that i came to lahore my orignal city is layyah,,i could not go to that doctor since then as i now live in lhr.i also somehow lost that lab tests and cannot remmember the medicine names..but the thing i wanna tell you,according to him this disease of mine is STDs..plz tell me how should i proceede further..

i hv also std but i did 200 tests and repeated again and again i did sex before 2 years
i hve done all stds reports
urine report
urine culture
semen culture
cbc
psa level. 0.94
i mean all tests hsv etc all tests
tsh
anti ttg
etc
hiv hcv hbv etc almost 200 reports but nowhere is showed any std
then i went to dr. fawad Nasrallah 5visits then went to dr. saleem akhtar 4 visits
then went to gondal 3 visits
My problems are very strange
1.urethra inflammation irritate pin type sensation
2.nose inflammation
3.lost sens of smell
4.nausea
5.vomiting
6.loose stools
