Talk to Urologist on Urinary Problem

Asslamualaikum....I am 19 years old hostelized I had operation when I was 5 years old due to stones in my urinary it was not healed properly one more operation at the age of I have been facing urinary problem till urinary system makes me feel uncomfortable all the always feels heavy but when I go to toilet only few drops come only this....I cannot pray or even sleep properly cause I have to be alert all the I cannot control my urine like normal people urinary drops fall on my clothes due to which I cannot pray even 8 degree Celsius in winter I have to take half body wash cause it gets I am just tired of this sometimes I have to get up in the middle of the night and change my clothes or take a bath the urinary problem gets worse....I just want it to end now.
