Asking For someone else, Male, 82 years old, 7up , Gulberg III
Severe pain in lower abdomen all from right to left side since two days. Prostrate glands were operated in 1998 due to total urine blockage , now the glands hve grown again to big size, urine is passing but very very little. There is also 8mm right kidnay stone and cyst in the same kidney. What should we do now urgently because severe pain since 2 - 3 days. He is a patient of High BP and sugar since 3 to 4 yrs. Can it be operated with laser?

Please report to A&E. You will be asked for clinical history and have physical examination. If you have palpable urinary bladder then you need catheterization to decompress urinary bladder. Afterwards you need evaluation and assessment along with with further treatment.
