Urine Complete Examination + Urine Culture & Sensitivity
Sirf pus dekh kar antibiotic dena ghalat hota hai.
Culture se pata chalega:
konsa bacteria hai
konsi antibiotic kaam kare gi
1. Urinary analgesic
Phenazopyridine
(2–3 din ke liye)
2. Bladder spasm ke liye
Solifenacin/Vesicare 5 mg once
3. Pani zyada peeyen
Kam se kam 2.5–3 liter roz
