Talk to Urologist on Urine Problem

Aoa, I’m suffering from some kind of a urine problem. After i urinate some drops of urine comes out unwillingly. It takes couple of minutes and effort to get rid of these drops. And to do i have to stand up make few gesture so that the remaining drips come out. This problem has made my life very difficult as it is very difficult to maintain my wudu for prayers and thus has resulted in ocd. Apart from this sometimes i feel that I’m unable to complete my urine i mean to say that the feeling is there but i have to wait for a long time for it to come out! Kindly guide me is it a disease that can be cured through medication or a procedure n what are the causes of such a problem!!
