Aoa I have done my urine test tell if my report is ok or there is problem and if there is problem how to deal with there any serious issue? Also i feel pain in left side of lower abdomen and sometimes in back as well

This is essentially a normal urine report. Thete is no evidence od infection.
please remember that urine infection cannot be diagnosed on a urine DR only; patient history and urine culture results together determine if infection is actually present.
it is not safe to diagnose any condition without a comolete medical history opinion & only on a single test. please avoid trying to find shortcuts through messages as medical treatment advised without proper history can be very dangerous.
