Kindly recommend me any good medicin ,ointment for bacterial infection ,I have been taking sitralka but I didn’t work , finished whole bottle but ,the infection come and goes .

Asalamo alaikum.... I need to assess why have you got infected in the first place. Citralka is not recommended for infection. Kindly get urine DR AND URINE culture. For empirical therapy let's start tablet cycin 500mg twice daily for 5 days and also take crantop sachet twice a day for 7 days. Keep good water intake of 12 glasses of water daily.
