Talk to Urologist on Urithral Discomfort Post Ejaculation And Urination Pain

Dear urologists,

I have discomfort with post ejaculation and urination On/ off Discomfort (3 years history )

Tests Cystoscopy prostatic urithra inflammation.

Urine Rbc 4-6 Pus 2-4 Leucocytes Nil.

Semen culture negative Semen analysis Rbc 3-5 WBC 4-6 Vescosity High Lequification time 3 hours Normal 30 Abnormal 70

Urine PCR negative Pelvic ultrasound normal

Recently used silodosin feel better but I have retrograde ejaculation issue can't conceive.

Could you please prescribe for me alternative to silodosin or combination treatment

Please also advise (either discomfort is due to hidden infection in male accessory gland or non bacterial).

Previous antibiotics used for same complaint Azithromycin, ciprofloxacin, Doxycycline, Moxifloxacin, Ceftriaxon IV and IM , Tenadazole,Sulzone, Levofloxacin. No relief.
