Salam, I am 25 years male unmarried. the problem is that i have very small penis that is about 1.5 inches in flaccid state and hardly 4 inches in erect. i m overweight. normal to high libido. erection is also normal. i do experience nocturnal penile tumescence especially on full bladder. i read somewhere that stretching penis may increase its length, i started doing it but then experienced some pain for which i took diclofenac and it subsided, but the problem is that it has started shrinking in length both in flaccid and erect state, though i have erections and npt but the size is shrinking plz guide me what should i do?

For female satisfaction, how much length is minimally required? (Some says whole vagina isn't pleasure sensitive, only first few inches are, is it true?)
What length is considered medically normal as far as female sexual pleasure is considered? (normal not average)

dear sir, it tends to pull inwards into the body in flaccid state, the elasticity is gone and its thinning when erected and shortening it used to 4.25 inches when erect and about 2 inches in flaccid state. is there any point that i should concerned at?
