I can feel some viens entangled with each other under my left testicle (been many years) and it pains (bearable) especially when I exert more than normal. Can not go for surgery any time soon as will be detrimental to career in military. Please suggest if treatment possible through medicine. TIA

If u want to join army u cannot pass medical test unless u get rid of this.
And only option is surgery

Any problem in fertility ? Mean you as couple already willing to start family? If your wife doesn’t conceive for 24 months and you also have pain then you need to have surgery. Before that must do your semen analysis. Don’t go for open surgery. Must do it Laparoscopic ( camera ) surgery. No big cuts only half cm two cuts. I do it Laproscopic procedure
