Aoa doctors,my left testicle spermatic cord is swelling along with the back side of the testicle..I've never feel pain in the vein and never feel any type of discomfort in long time standing or just only a one vein that is swelling without pain but on tapping a lil harder i feel pain that vanshes in a second..i am having this problem for queit so which doctor should i visit? And how many time it will take to cure?

You have Very well described in your msg. This sounds like varicocele and it requires a proper physical examination by Urologist. Sometime varicocele needs a small surgey.

Doctor what is funiculitis?actually there is no big difference in my testicle size nor it hangs lower...it looks a lil bit thin not shrinked in size.

Sorry for posting again and again,I've never seen multiple veins in my scrotam bag nor feel heaviness,so it's a varicocele or other problem? I'm really worried about this.

Dear get a doppler ultrasound of both testes done.
It can be varicocele.
Generally no surgery is needed except in cases where it causes pain,cosmetically not acceptable or for admission in armed forces.
No medical treatment will make it better.
It is due to incompetent veinous valves.
