Asking for wife, Female, 53 years old, Tando Allahyar
My wife is suffering from painful periods bleeding over two years. On ultrasound report she has a complex mass of 2.5*2.9 cm in anterior lower segment of uterus. Dr suggested for surgery. I need help on this forum. email alamnizamani @gmail.com
This mass may be a uterine fibroids ,wt type it will be mentioned in the report. Any ways if the symptoms r severe ,pts age is above 45 and she has completed her family then she will be advised to undergo surgery to either remove only the fibroid or if that is not possible hysterectomy has to be done.for this u have to visit a gynaecologist personally.
looks like fibroid uterus or scar endometriosis which should be taken out and sent for H/P
go for surgery with intention to resect fibroid otherwise hysterectomy followed by hysterectomy
