Talk to Urologist on UTI

feel itching and buring in tip during and after urination. I have a urine test which shows blood. urine ketone and calcium oxalate. I have also done ultrasound, which shows everything OK except hepatic steatosis grade I. I am using nitrofurantoin tabs and cran max from 5 days. but only a mild recovery and now starts pain in my abdomen near the Billy button.
