Talk to Urologist on Vericocele

Hello Doctor, I'm 22 years old and I'm here to discuss a few issues. ​I have a known varicocele in my left testicle, and I'm concerned because I've recently noticed that my left testicle appears to be smaller than it used to be and soft also. I'm also experiencing frequent pain in that testicle. ​In addition to this, I also have pain in my groin and pubic area, on both the left and right sides where the hair is. ​I've also been having some urinary issues. I need to urinate much more frequently than usual. Some days, I feel the urge to go again just 5 to 10 minutes after I've already finished, and I've also noticed I'm having some urine drops or dribbling after I think I'm done. ​Finally, I'm experiencing significant pelvic stiffness and pain related to sexual activity. If I go for about a week without ejaculating, the stiffness and discomfort get much worse.
