Talk to Vascular Surgeon on Brain Hemorrhage/ Dementia
Asking for Mother, Female, 55 years old, Sialkot
Assalamu Alaikum, My mother had a blood clot in the brain two years ago. Alhamdulillah, it cleared at that time, but she still suffers from memory loss, poor awareness (especially for washroom needs), She is also diabetic.
We continued her treatment with the same doctor and clinic for a long time, but there was little improvement. Recently, we consulted another doctor, but again saw no progress. The new doctor mentioned vascular dementia as a possible diagnosis.
Attached are her: CT scan, previous and New medical reports, and current medications. Despite consistent treatment, her condition remains almost unchanged. Kindly review and advise on the best way forward for her treatment and management really needed.

Can you share carotid Doppler report
