Talk to Vascular Surgeon on Varicose Veins

I am a forty-one-year-old Pakistani female college teacher. The picture is of part of the back of my right leg, below the knee. The other leg is even worse. I don't feel pain, but I do have tired legs. My guess is that these are varicose veins but I don't really know. Whatever it is, how much would treatment cost? Oh dear, i did try to post photo, i don't know what went wrong. The thing is, I am not rich, and if treatment is going to be very expensive, like over one lakh rupees, I don't think i can afford it. That's why i asked about cost. Anyway, thank you.
