treatment is based on the severity of the condition and associated complications .for mild varicosities simple compression stockings are advised and avoid prolonged standing .if there is discolouration of skin or ulcers then the surgical procedure is the answer.T here are various modalities to surgically fix them a good vascular surgeon will be helpful. but i am not aware of any medicine/ homoeopathic therapy or alternative medicine to cure this problem
