Vein blockage, if u mean DVT is an emergency. It must be treated immediately after confirming with doplar us with I/v anticoagulation followed by oral.It depends on the extent of blockage ,that means time period.
pain in joints is entirely a different matter. It should be seen first,the cause of pain ,confirmed and then treated accordingly.
