It contains bromazepam, which belongs to the benzodiazepine class of medications. Adult Dosage:

Elderly Dosage (65 years and older):

Children's Dosage:

How to Take:
Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water
Do not crush, chew, or break the tablet
Can be taken on an empty stomach or 30-60 minutes before food

Don't use Lexotanil Tablet if you:
Are allergic to bromazepam or any other benzodiazepines

Have a history of alcohol or drug addiction

SERIOUS WARNINGS:
Risk of Dependence and Addiction:
Lexotanil can cause physical and psychological dependence. Risk increases with higher doses and longer duration of use. Only use for short-term treatment as prescribed.
Risk with Opioids:
Concomitant use of benzodiazepines and opioids may result in profound sedation, respiratory depression, coma, and death. Avoid concurrent use unless no alternatives exist.
Withdrawal Symptoms:
Do NOT stop suddenly. Severe withdrawal symptoms including seizures may occur if stopped abruptly. Dose must be gradually tapered under medical supervision.

Do not drive or operate machinery for 4-6 hours after taking
Treatment should be as short as possible (generally not exceeding 4 weeks)
