SERIOUS WARNINGS:
Risk of Dependence and Addiction:

Risk with Opioids:
Concomitant use of benzodiazepines and opioids may result in profound sedation, respiratory depression, coma, and death. Avoid concurrent use unless no alternatives exist.
Withdrawal Symptoms:
Do NOT stop suddenly. Severe withdrawal symptoms including seizures may occur if stopped abruptly. Dose must be gradually tapered under medical supervision.
