Assalamualaikum, I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the consultation I recently had. Honestly, the experience was quite disappointing and did not meet even basic expectations from a professional nutritionist. During the consultation, no personalized guidance, structured assessment, or actionable diet planning was provided. The discussion remained limited to very generic advice — things that are already commonly known and do not justify a paid consultation. What is more concerning is that immediately after a very brief interaction (hardly 5 minutes), I was informed via message about a separate diet plan costing PKR 7,000 for 7 days — something that was neither communicated nor clarified prior to the consultation. This lack of transparency is not acceptable in a professional setting. A nutritionist’s primary role is to understand the client’s body, lifestyle, and goals, and provide a tailored diet strategy accordingly — not just general statements followed by an upsell. I would appreciate it if you could address this matter seriously. I expect either: 1. A proper, customized diet plan as per my consultation, OR 2. A clear justification of the consultation provided Kindly arrange a call at your earliest convenience so this can be resolved professionally.
