i was confuse from starting but when i slowly start diet then i have saw the results but right now i dont know why, how bit i stop doing diet specially. i do walk , do push ups, but not in that way, its just becz of my own lazziness and becz of this grmi, in this summer i lit cannot do exercises its very hard, inshaAllah i will bring myself back in winters overall my experience with my neutrition is very good and totally setisfied💗
