I am satisfied with the doctor.
With increasing amount of anger issues and frustration in my daily life, my daily routine was full of unnecessary prolonged arguments with my family and friends. Anxiety and frustration was at peak, when a family member suggested therapy. I went to Tooba Arshad and in the very first session after catharsis, i felt like my heavyy heart had lightened. After a lot of sessions, I found myself calmer and relaxed. Most of my issues were resolved, the largest being lack of confidence. Ever since my sessions, I have been doing what i couldn't do for 10 years of my life. Show my face. Not letting my looks define myself and not caring if i was different. I accept myself the way i am and i am grateful to my therapist for that
