I wanted to share my experience with Dr. Kashaf, who consulted with my mom recently, and I'm so impressed. She was incredibly patient and took the time to really understand my mom's needs and concerns. The personalized meal plan and advice she provided were practical and easy to follow, unlike other restrictive diets we've tried. My mom is already feeling much better and more energetic and most importantly her sugar level and blood pressure is in control level so I highly recommend her!
