Such a weird person he is. You can not ask more questions related to the disease otherwise maharaj will get offended . I’ll Never recommend this one doc to anyone. He thinks he is the last surgeon on earth.!!!!

Bulge Started Remaining Visible All The Time At The Age Of 19 Years Old. Is This Due Displacement Of Organ/testes?
Bulge remains visible all the time. Ultrasound shows no varicocele/hydrocele. what can be the issue?
